The per night rates range is listed on each cabin rental. Other than required taxes the only additional Fees we charge on our 1 Bedroom NC Cabin Vaction Rentals are for Pets ($45 for the first pet and $20 for each additional pet at pet friendly rentals only) and Wood Burning Fireplace Fee ( $30
during the dates of October 1 thru May 15 for wood and cleaning, only on cabins with wood burning fireplaces.).
