Returning Guest Discounts:

For our returning friends we like to offer something extra special, 10% off your 2nd to 4th visits and 15% off your 5th & 6th visits with us. See our Policies Page or ask a reservation specialist for more details. We hope this gives you an added incentive to come back to the Smokies and stay with us a little longer this time!

Active Military Discounts:

To honor the service of our Military Men & Women; we proudly offer a 10% discount off your stay with us. It is an honor that you have chosen to spend your leave time with us! ( Valid Military ID must be presented )

Full Week Stay discount:

On All of our cabins we offer the 7th night free when you stay 6 nights. Save $95-300 when you book 7 nights.
