The Eagle's Nest neighborhood is a collection of 3 individually owned NC vacation rental homes within walking distance of each other, that overlook Fontana Lake. The cabins are named Eagles Nest, Eagles View and Lake View. The first two cabins are side by side. Lake view is the more secluded cabin located down a moderate driveway and tucked around a small ridge of the mountain side, over looking Fontana Lake. These three cabins are an ideal choice when you want to spend a vacation close enough to famliy members but not have to share a bath room. This neighborhood is just a short drive from the bike trails of Tsali recreational park, white water rafting on the Nantahala river and the Almond Boat dock on Fontana Lake. Although each of these cabins are rented individually, you can chose to rent two or more of these cabins simultaneously; to share the smoky mountain vacation experience with other family members or groups of friends and stay within walkin' distance from each other.
