Number of Guests included:
* Rates per night for 1 and 2 bedroom cabins are based upon 4 guests.
* Rates per night for 3 and 4 bedroom cabins are based upon 6 guests.
* Children 12 and under stay free.
* Additional guest are $10.00 per night, per guest extra, this must be approved prior to checking into your vacation rental cabin.

Minimum Night Stay requirements:
*All cabins have a 2-3 night minimum stay and some have longer minimums depending on the cabin you choose and the season.
*Some holidays have a 4 night min. stay.
*Please ask for details when making your reservation.

Other Possible Fees
* At pet friendly cabins a one time fee of $45 is charged for the first pet
and each additional pet is $20 extra Please see our Pet Friendly vacation page for more info.
*A one time $30 fee is charge at All cabins with wood burning Fireplaces during the dates of October 1 thru March 15.
*Don't forget the government wants their cut, NC State Tax of 10%.

All 2 night rentals are at the Prime Rate except on Holidays.

The per night rental rate for each of our cabins is divided into one of four categories based on the date. The calendars below are color coded to reflect the rate category that applies to all of our cabins on that date.
