2 bedroom rental cottage on the bank of the Tuckasegee River	For this vacation lodging to be more on the river it would have to be in the river.	Two large decks overlooking the Tuckasegee River	Fish for rainbow trout in the Tuckasegee River from the lower deck


Grill out lunch or just relax in the porch swing as the sounds of the river float past the lower deck	sit and watch the rafters try to navigate the waters of the Tuckasegee River below you.	Living room has a satellite tv and access to the side deck.	Dining table for 4 guest and full kitchen with microwave and coffee maker

Location: On the Bank of the Tuckasegee River just a mile from highway 74 . Riverside cottage is about 14 minutes form Cherokee and 24 minutes from Bryson City. The road to this vacation lodging is an old paved and gravel road that is not too steep. However there are some loose gravel patches that may make travel by motorcycle difficult.
Exterior: The parking area is gravel and large enough to easily turn a vehicle around. Though this cabin does not have a lawn to play in, the kids will find plenty to do around the cottage. This vacation cottage has two large decks overlooking the Tuckasegee River. The lower deck has a grill, porch swing and picnic table; making it a great hang out spot. The full bath is accessed from the lower deck. The two stairs leading from the parking area lead to the upper deck and the front door. The upper deck also has a picnic table to enjoy the sun and view of the Tuckasegee River.
Entry Level: The entry level is accessed by the outside stairs from the parking area. The stair case on the right leads to the kitchen entrance and the stair case on the left leads to the upper deck and the living room entrance. The kitchen has every thing you will need to cook a family diner for 4 guest, including a microwave and coffee maker. (bring your favorite ground flavor and don't forget the sugar and creamer). There is not a dish washer at this cottage. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. the dining table has seating for 4 guest. The living room has a comfortable sofa and recliner in front of a satellite tv. The upper porch is accessed from the living room. Just past the living room is a full bath and the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double size bed.

Lower Level: The lower level is accessed from outside. The laundry room and a full bath are located under the cottage..
